Current vacancy numbers and salaries.

Time I did some original thinking. Like thinking about the continued boom in salaries for those with 4-8 years' experience. PMs (3-6 years) are leaving SREs (2-4 years) behind, and ADs have bridged some of the gap to Director level.

Level No. Jobs £ Avge Level No. Jobs £ Avge
JRE 37 20200       AD 148 48200
RE 93 24400   Direc 114 71200
SRE 174 28900   Field 28 30900
PM 129 35600   IT / DP 40 29800
RM 66 41200   Other 107 25500
The table shows the number of vacancies at each level on MrWeb at present, and the mean salary for all such jobs. Note that a large number of older job ads are often removed during the first week of a month, so you may see a sharp drop in numbers and a significant change in salaries around this time.
